See Laplace transformation of a unit step signal is 1/s. And since,

V(s /I(s) = (s+4)/(s+3)^2.

On substituting the value of I (S) i.e. 1/s we get.

V(s) = I(s)*(s+4)/(s+3)^2.

= (s+4)/((s)(s+3)^2).

Now when you use the formula for the steady state i.e. limit s->0 {s. V (s) }.

It becomes limit s->0 [(s+4)/(s+3)^2] = 4/9.

From the final value theorem it is being solved.

How did you removed the term 1/s which makes whole transfer function infinite when s tends to zero? or you have applied L'Hospitals rule?
