SWR = 1+|RL| / (1 - |RL|).
SWR => Standing Wave Ratio.
RL => Reflection Coefficient
SWR = Infinite, when RL = +1 or -1.
RL = +1 When Line is Open Circuited.
RL= -1 When Line Is Short Circuited.
Therefore, the answer is Option A) 1 and 3.
