When first number is an alphabet in hexadecimal number then it has to start with zero.

Answer is D because 'O' is the alphabet used in answer and there is no such symbol in the hexadecimal set (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F). So I think D is the correct answer.
