If we increased shunt resistance, value of the resistance is decreased so current will be increased. Hence ammeter range will be increase.
So answer may be D.

Basically the shunt resistance is use to bypass the current. As the shunt value is inc. The current pass through the shunt is dec. Due to which ammeter range is dec.

Practically not able to decreased range of ammeter due to PMMC in ammeter.
