The out put of 1st opamp:
-(20V1/10 + 10V2/10) = -(2V1 + V2).
The output of the second opamp:
-(-(2V1 + V2) + 10V3/5) = 2V1 + V2 - 2V3.
-(20V1/10 + 10V2/10) = -(2V1 + V2).
The output of the second opamp:
-(-(2V1 + V2) + 10V3/5) = 2V1 + V2 - 2V3.

(V1-0/10) + (V2-0/20) = 0-V/20.
V = -2V1 - V2.1.
V-0/10 + V3-0/5 = 0-Vo/10.
From equation 1 put the value of V then we get.
Vo = 2V1+V2-2V3.
V = -2V1 - V2.1.
V-0/10 + V3-0/5 = 0-Vo/10.
From equation 1 put the value of V then we get.
Vo = 2V1+V2-2V3.
