Total circuit current is 15amps and shunt takes current which is 15-0.1amps, total circuit voltage is 0.6*0.1, then we get shunt resistance by applying ohms law i.e
Voltage/current=0.6*0.1/15-0.1 = 0.004Ω.
Voltage/current=0.6*0.1/15-0.1 = 0.004Ω.
