100//20=16.67.
Now. 5*16.67/(1000+16.67).=0.082.
All in kohm.

Do not overcomplicate things. The 1M is in series with the parallel combination of 100K and 20K (internal voltmeter resistance). That gives the total resistance of the circuit. From there, it's a simple voltage divider:
5V*((100K||20K)/1M+(100K||20K)) = 0.082V.
