Intrinsic semiconductor-pure form of semiconductor which contains equal no of electrons and holes, having less conductivity.

The intrinsic semiconductor is pure material semiconductor having no free electron or holes. Means the neighbor atoms are bonds to each other thats why it has less conductivity than extrinsic semiconductor.

Intrinsic semi conductor: a pure form of semi conductor. Here impurities are not added. It is called undoped semi conductor.

An intrinsic semi conductor is a pure form of semiconductor. Here no impurities are added. So, the number of holes and electrons are equal, hence the conductivity in intrinsic semi conductor material is less.
