Brown +or- 1%,
Red +or- 2%,
Gold +or-5%,
Silver +or-10%,
No colour +or-20%,
Pink High stability.

So no color is given in this question. And the answer is 'C'.

Absence of color in the fourth band signifies that the tolerance is +/- 20% according to color code table for resistors.
