An RC coupled response is first increasing...then max. For certain period of frequency then decreasing. Hence, it is max. In a centre band of frequencies and low at high and low frequencies due to capacitive effect of transistor and coupling capacitor respectively.( so, 2 cutoff frequencies).
A DC coupled is has a constant gain from zero and then decreases(so 1 cutoff frequency).
And tuned one shows peak gain at only it's tuned/resonance frequency.

A DC Amplifier will always have a flat frequency response from zero. (remember for AC it is sinusoidal) so the answers must be either A (or) C. If we deal for RC Coupled amplifier, the frequency will be flat only in upper and lower cases.
