Vi/(R1+sL)= V0/(R1//1/sC).
Thus V0/Vi = (-R2)/(R1+sL)(1+sCR2 ).
Now put s=0 this gives gain, V0/Vi =-R2/R1 (some finite value).
And then gain=0 thus LOW pass filter.
Thus V0/Vi = (-R2)/(R1+sL)(1+sCR2 ).
