First convert into decimal numbers i.e. 2*3^0+3*4^0 = 2+3 =5 then the result is five which is in decimal format i.e. base 10) now convert it into base 5. i.e., 5/5 gives binary 10. five ones five and result 0. so two bits 1 and 0.
