A radar receiver has a noise figure of 10 dB at 300 K having a bandwidth of 2.5 MHz. The minimum power it can receive is
3.45 x 10-15 W
1.38 x 10-15 W
7.5 x 10-15 W
93.15 x 10-15 W
Answer: Option
Explanation:

Pm = kT0Δf(F - 1) = 93.15 x 10-15 W.

@Thenmozi,

Change in f is the bandwidth and F or NF is the Noise Figure in dB.

What is the value of Δf and F?

Pmin = k T B F (S/N)min.
K-Blotzmann's Constant = 1.38 x 10-23 (Watt*sec/°Kelvin).
T = Temperature (°Kelvin).
B = Receiver Bandwidth (Hz).
F = Noise Factor (ratio), Noise Figure (dB).
(S/N)min = Minimum Signal to Noise Ratio.
