n = 6/0.2 = 30.

Now,

fout = 30*400 = 12 mhz.
fout = fl+fin.

fl = 100+12 = 112.
fl = 100-12 = 88.

f(up) = 100 Mhz + ((6)(0.4 Mhz)/(0.2)).

f(low) = 100 Mhz - ((6)(0.4 Mhz)/(0.2)).
