Concept1---> Imagine that you have a counter of mod M and you have provided frequency"f" as input then in output you will get frequency f/M.

Concept2---> Now imagine you have 2 counters with mod M and mod N in cascade (output of 1st connected to the input of 2nd counter) then this combination will give you " mod M*N" counter. HERE 13*6=mod 78.
