Actually, perfect conductor means a match load therefore ZL=Z0 and reflection coefficient is zero.

The perfect conductor does not allow the reflections, hence the amount of reflection is zero.

The reflection coefficient is defined as the ratio of reflected quantity to the incident quantity which becomes zero.
