Voltage reflection coefficient = s-1/s+1 = 2-1/2+1 = 0.3333.
Power reflection coefficient = (vol. ref. coeff.)^2 = 0.1111.
In terms of percentage = 11.11%

Yeah, after all its a tricky question.
At the end, they are asking power reflections percentage not volage.
= (Vol ref coff)^2 = (1/9)*100 = 11.11%.

vswr = (sqrt(1)+sqrt(reflected))/(sqrt(1)-sqrt(reflected).
