I think answer is D.
Diodes are connected in reverse bias so AND gate:
In the question given as;
logic 0= high.
logic 1= low.
So it is negative logic AND gate.

A parallel diode is always or gates, since the input. 0 is greater than 1 that's why it become negative.

Option B is right because V(0)>V(1) so it must be negative and the diodes are connected in parallel so it is OR.
