Conversion rate = clock rate/2^n, where n=number of bits.
Which implies, conversion rate= 2 X (10^6)/2^4.
i.e (10^6)/8 => 125 X 10^3 seconds.
Therefore, Answer = B.

Conversion time= frequecy/2^(n-1);
where n= number of bits
=>ct=2X10^6/2^3:since n=4;
=>ct=125 X 10^3.

correct answer is,

CONVERSION TIME = 2^4/2*10^6.
= 8 MICRO SECOND.

CONVERSION RATE = 1/8*10^-6.
= 125 killo/SEC.
So answer is D.

conversion time= (2^n - 1)/fclk.

So, 7.5 micro seconds is the correct answer. D is correct.
