10's complement of a decimal number can be found by using the formula (10^k)-n where k is no of decimal digits.
n is the given decimal number.
According to the question decimal number n=16, and no of digits k=2.
Apply this in the above. Then we get;
(10^2)-16 that is 100-16 = 84.
