For the sidebands -> fc-fm and fc+fm.
Bandwidth -> fc+fm - (fc-fm) , fc cancels to 0 so BW = 2fm.
Bandwidth -> fc+fm - (fc-fm) , fc cancels to 0 so BW = 2fm.
