Actually the answer is D. If you look at the fourier series for square wave, you will find only odd multiple components. So 990k, 1010k 1030k all are valid.

1/t = 10 kHz.
1 Mhz+10 kHz = 1010 kHz check.
1 Mhz-10 kHz = 990 kHz check.
1 Mhz + 2*10 kHz = 1020 kHz check.
= 1030 kHz.
1 Mhz+10 kHz = 1010 kHz check.
1 Mhz-10 kHz = 990 kHz check.
1 Mhz + 2*10 kHz = 1020 kHz check.
= 1030 kHz.
