Remember aspect ratio is width over height. It's just Pythagorean. Width is 60cm, Height is computed as 45cm, therefore diagonal length is = sqrt[(60^2)+(45^2)] = 75cm.

Then convert to inch = 29.53inches. Then EHT is 1kV per diagonal inch, therefore it is approximately 29kV.
