Let x be the calling rate for one subscriber.
So,
9000 -------- 10K
1 caller ------ x
=> x * 9000 = 10K.
x = 10K/9K = 10/9.
So,
9000 -------- 10K
1 caller ------ x
=> x * 9000 = 10K.
x = 10K/9K = 10/9.
