@All.
The Audio frequency is already converted into carrier frequency so take only carrier in count. Answer is 150m.

For the transmission of Radio signals, the antenna height must be multiple of λ/4 .Where;
λ is the wavelength λ=c/f where c is speed of light and f is the frequency of the signal to be transmitted.
So,
λ/4 =c/4f = 3*10^3/ 4*1*10^6 = 75 meter.
So the answer should be (C).
Note:- Do not take carrier signal instead of message signal @Sateesh.

λ =c/f ,1*10^6/5*10^3=200.
SO ANTENA RANGE IS LAMBDA/4
So, 200/4 = 50M ANS.
SO ANTENA RANGE IS LAMBDA/4
So, 200/4 = 50M ANS.

Lambda height is always lambda/4 then how it comes 150? It should be 300.

I think it is because the antenna height should be half the wavelength.

How can be 150 it should be 300 m because Y=C/f?
