A type zero system is one which contains an integrator (i.e. S) i.e. pole at origin term in the denominator of the transfer function.

For such a case, the magnitude would have a negative slope from w = 1 rad/sec from 0 dB. However, the picture should include the w = 1 point or confusion remains. Still, as a general approximation, [A] is correct.
