A must be the answer.

Whenever transfer function consists of only poles or zeros at origin then the polar plot is the angle line.

1. In the case of only zeros, the plot is shifted by 90 degrees for each zero in an anticlockwise wise direction facing outward.

2. In the case of the only pole, the polar plot is shifted by 90 degrees in a clockwise direction with an arrow facing inward.
