I think it is Darlington connection because emitter of first is connected to the base of second transistor and collector is common.

In Darlington pair the collector of one transistor is connected to the collector of the 2nd one.
And in the given image, the emitter of 1st transistor is connected with the collector of 2nd one.
And in the given image, the emitter of 1st transistor is connected with the collector of 2nd one.
