How the value of Ve will be 0.7,as the voltage across R2 means it's base voltage, means Vb is 10V, and given Ve 0.7,then the value of Vbe will be 10 - 0.7 i.e. 9.3.

The voltage across R2 = + 10 V mean VB=10V then how the hell VE=0.7, VBE=VB - VE =0.7?
answer also, VB-VBE-IE*RE = 0.
