I think the question itself is wrong.
For full wave voltage doubler circuit ripple frequency is twice the supply frequency and for half wave, ripple frequency is equal to supply frequency.
In question 560 hz is given but it should be 50 hz.
So ripple frequency for full wave voltage doubler circuit is 100 hz.
