Inductor used in LC Hartley circuit can operate from low to high frequency. Inductor resistance direct proportional to Frequency (Xl=2pieFL) but when LC circuit made the combination to control high and low frequency better due to reverse effect in the resistance between L and C (1/2pieFC). More component needed in Wien Bridge compared to Hartley. LC circuit have better operational and control under high frequency compared to RC circuit.

The Hartley oscillator is an electronic oscillator circuit in which the oscillation frequency is determined by a tuned circuit consisting of capacitors and inductors, that is, an LC oscillator.

LC oscillator as the name indicates itself it uses L and C components we are using the L&c for storage and charging purpose as it comes to RC oscillator are is used to oppose the charge particles it does not store anything so, LC uses high frequency.
