The CE amplifier circuit provides 180 Phase shift and arranging inductor in series shift more than 180.

L component produced 90 phase shift. And CE amplifier also produced 180 phase shift. So the option D is correct.

What if we include C ?

The pure resistive load has 180 phase shift.
L produced 90 Phase Shift.
CE amplifier produced 180 phase shift so 90+180=270.
So, D is correct.

@All.
There will -90 shift.
There will -90 shift.

If we include capacitor in place of resistor -90 degrees phase shift is provided then resultant phase shift will be more than 90 less than 180.
