Voltage divider. Vdc = 50 (2k/ (2k + 5)).

Vdc2 = (Rload / (Rload + R)) * Vdc1.
Vdc2 = (2kohms/(2kohms + 50ohms)) * 50V.
Vdc2 = 48.78 V.
Vdc2 = (2kohms/(2kohms + 50ohms)) * 50V.
