For a base bias circuit collector current ic is equal to beta, so if temperature increases then beta increases as a result shift in operating point hence base bias has low stability.

In base bias Ib, Rb and Ic are fixed therefore it is also called fixed bias transistor. When the temperature is vary then the Q point is also vary. Therefore base bias has no stabilization.

I think except voltage divider all other mentioned have typically same property.
