As we know in diode cathode means -ve and anode means +ve.
Shortcut: P-p and N-n Forward Bias.
P-n and N-p Reverse Bias.
Note: P- terminal of diode (Anode)
N- terminal of diode (cathode)
p- +ve power supply
n- -ve power supply
