Doping means to increase the current in material. i.e. R=V/I.

So increase in current causes decreases in the resistance.

As intrinsic semiconductors having less conductivity we are adding inpurities to it to increase conductivity.increasing conductivity means decreasing the resistance of the material.

So option C is correct.
