Rac is generally smaller than Rdc because Rac is the change in Vd divided by the change in Id, while Rdc is simply Vd/Id therefore in Rac if the values of Vd and Id are close to each other the change in Vd and Id would be small thus making the AC resistance generally smaller than DC resistance.

Rac = Rc||Rl(load resistor), Rdc=Rc. So Rac value smaller than Rdc at the same operating point.

Can anybody will explain me how AC resistance is smaller than DC at same operating point?

The value of AC resistance is greater than DC resistance.

Take the case of power system.
