Np/Ns = Square root (Zp/Zs).

Can anyone can solved this for me:
A transformer has 1:6 turns ratio and a secondary load resistance of 470 ohm. What will be load resistance as seen by the source?
Also, calculate the turns ratio reqd. To match 80 ohm source to 320 ohm load?
Please also give the necessary details with formula?

Effective load resistance = ((N1/N2)^2)*(actual resistance).

Primary effective resistance = Load resistance*(n2^2/n1^2);
Here load resistance = 8;
Primary resistance = 12.8 k ohm.
So 12.8x10^3 = 8*(n2^2/n1^2);
N2^2/n1^2 = 12.8 k/8;
N2^2/n1^2 = 1600;
So n1 = 1; n2 = 40.
Here load resistance = 8;
Primary resistance = 12.8 k ohm.
So 12.8x10^3 = 8*(n2^2/n1^2);
N2^2/n1^2 = 12.8 k/8;
N2^2/n1^2 = 1600;
So n1 = 1; n2 = 40.

Rl' = 12.8*10^3,
RL = 8.
N = √(12.8*10^3/8).
= 40.
RL = 8.
N = √(12.8*10^3/8).
= 40.
