According to me, the formula is;

VB =(R2/(R1+R2))*VCC.

VB = (R1/(R1+R2))*VCC
VB = (10K/(47K+10K))*12
VB = 2.105V

2.
VE = VB - VBE
VE = 2.105V - 0.7V
VE = 1.405V

IE = VE/RE
IE = 1.405/1K
IE = 1.405mA

IC = IE
IC = 1.405mA

5.
VC = VCC - IC*RC
VC = 12 - (1.405mA)(4.7K)
VC = 5.3965V = 5.4V
