fr = 1/2π* √(LC) where C = C1 //C2 = C1+C2.
But we have R instead of L.
then L=(R^2)*C1.
by substitution, we get fr=1560.34 HZ.

As R1=R2 & C1=C2.
So, fr = 1/2√RC.
So, fr = 1/2√RC.

It's another form of a Wein bridge circuit, so the formula for resonant frequency is fr=1/2π*√ (C1C2R1R2).
