What is the total phase shift requirement, around the feedback loop, for a phase-shift oscillator?

The phase shift around the feedback loop is 180 deg, the other 180 deg phase shift is provided by inverting amplifier. It is quite evident that in a normal phase shift oscillator, we have 3 CR networks each providing 60 deg phase shift, so the feedback loop provides only 180 deg shift and not 360 deg.

They are asking about total phase shift. Not about only phase shift 180.
Total is 360.
