SR = dv/dt.
SR = (3-2)/0.2.
SR = 5.
SR = (3-2)/0.2.
SR = 5.

Your right but its (3-2)/0.2 = 5.
As change in voltage is from 2v to 3v.
As change in voltage is from 2v to 3v.

slew rate=change in voltage/change in time
=(3-1)/0.2
=1/0.2
=5
=(3-1)/0.2
=1/0.2
=5
