For the problem,
V(+)=V(-)=0 since +ve terminal is grounded.
The voltage at the node is Zero since there is a virtual short between positive & negative terminal.
Apply KCL at the node connecting R1 & Rf.
(Vi-0)/100=(0-Vo)/1k.
Vi/100=-Vo/1k.
Gain=Vo/Vi = -1k/100 = -10.
