No, C is incorrect.
The problem is not asking for Vout, it is simply just asking for the voltage from inverting input to ground so via the virtual ground concept, the voltage at the node to ground would be -50mV same as the input.

C is correct.
Vout/ Vint = 1+ Rf/Ri. in the next step input voltage will be multiplied on the right side. then by solving you will get -1.050v.

By virtual ground concept : Non inv i/p = inv i/p.

In the case of ideal op amp the
v(differance)=0v
so v+ve = v-ve and because of that the answer is option (d)
v(differance)=0v
so v+ve = v-ve and because of that the answer is option (d)
