The value of Vgs that result in Id = 0 is called external pinch off voltage.
The value of Vds that result in Id = saturate is called internal pinch off voltage occur at Vgs = 0.
The value of Vds that result in Id = saturate is called internal pinch off voltage occur at Vgs = 0.
