How to calculate the value of Rs and Rd if the voltage gain is 8v? Please tell me.

Av = gm(rd//RD).

rd = 1/yos = 50k ohms.

gm = gmo (1- (.25Vp/vp)).

You will get the value of RD which is exactly 2.816k ohms.
