Let E1=0 and E2=0 so v=.7.
Now E1=10 and E2=0 so v=.7.
But when E1=10& E2=10 then v=10 so what its and gate positively.

If E1 & E2 is 1 then both diodes are short circuited so the output voltage is what ever we have given the input i.e. 1. If any one of the diodes is open then the output is zero.

How this circuit work? Can anyone please describe? I am not good at it.

What is negative logic AND gate?

After voltage drop at 1k ohm resistor same voltage will be provided in both diodes. So it should not be OR gate. As two diodes are of same type, internal voltage drop is same. So, same current will pass through both diodes. In digital system logic 1 is "ON" state. Thus the circuit is Positive logic AND gate.

If both E1 and E2 are on then only the o/p will be 1. In any other time the current will pass through any of the diode and the output voltage will be zero.
