In ideal mode voltage across any diode is 0v.

Since the voltage across ideal diode is zero, it indicates that infinite current is flowing through it. i.e both voltage and current are not simultaneously zero.

At voltage=0,
ideal diode current is = infinite according to ideal characteristics.
So, the right option is D
