It should be zero because a knee current flows in zener diode when it is reversed bias and for fully off the voltage across the zener diode should be zero neither +ve nor -ve and option B should be right.

Ya there should be "B". Because there flow a very low current flow from 0 to Vz I'm micro or in nano.

The voltage should be greater than Vz but less than zero. Sice Vz would be negative.
