Load Regulation : ability of a power supply to maintain a constant output voltage despite changes in output current or load.
Voltage Regulation : the ability of a system to provide near constant voltage over a wide range of load conditions.
Line Regulation : change occurs in the output voltage for a given change in the input voltage.
Ripple Voltage : No of Ac signal present at the output of DC signals.

Answer is line regulation as per definition; Line Regulation = dVo/dVi and Load Regulation = dVo/IL.

The regulation or change of output voltage depends on change of input voltage. Input voltage is also called line voltage. So called line regulation.
